How do I pay for printing?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

You pay for your printing online:

  • Do not add more credit than you ultimately anticipate using. You will not be able to reclaim any unused credit.
  • The minimum amount for purchasing print credit is 10p and the maximum is £30.00.

To pay for your printing online:

1.   Either go to the Edinburgh Napier app or My Account.

2.  Click Print Credit:

3.  Log in using your Edinburgh Napier University ID and password

4.  Click Add Credit

5.   Follow the on screen instructions to credit your print account using your credit or debit card.

6. Once the transaction is complete a summary page will appear, click Finish. You will return to your PaperCut payment summary where you will see your updated balance. You will also receive an automated email confirming your payment.

Please note: if there is a problem with your payment or with crediting your print account you will receive an on screen notification as well as an email, in this situation please take note of the reference number and contact the IS Service Desk for further information.
