How do I pay for printing?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

You pay for your printing online:

  • The minimum amount for purchasing print credit online is 50p
  • For security purposes the maximum amount you can have on your PaperCut (print credit) account at any one time is £30.00
  • Please do not add more credit to your account than you anticipate using - you will not be able to reclaim any unused credit.

To pay for your printing online:

1.   Go to  myNapier homepage, click on myDashboard.

2.  Click Print Credit:

3.  Log in using your Edinburgh Napier University ID and password

4.  Click Add Credit

5.   Follow the on screen instructions to credit your print account using your credit or debit card.

6. Once the transaction is complete a summary page will appear, click Finish. You will return to your PaperCut payment summary where you will see your updated balance. You will also receive an automated email confirming your payment.

Please note: if there is a problem with your payment or with crediting your print account you will receive an on screen notification as well as an email, in this situation please take note of the reference number and contact the IS Service Desk for further information.
