How do I use the phone keypad to search the internal telephone directory?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

To search the staff directory using the keypad on your telephone:

• Click the application button:

• Scroll to choose Directories.
• Scroll to select Corporate Directory, click Select.
• Enter the name by clicking on the letter representation on the telephone keypad as you would when typing a text message on a mobile phone, e.g. for the letter "c", press the "2" button 3 times. 
• Click Search.
