Do I need a special phone to make a conference call?

No, you can make a conference call from your normal IPT handset.

Alternatively you can book a 7937 or 8831 IPT Conference Phone by contacting the IS Service Desk:

Telephone: ext 3000 or (0131) 455 3000 from an external line.
