How do I contact the IS Service Desk?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff 

The IS Service Desk is the first point of contact for all Information Services queries.

Before you contact us you may wish to:

Online:                          You can log a new call or submit a form using UniDesk via the “New Call” and “Forms” buttons

Support is provided as follows:

  • The IS Service Desk provides telephone and email support during core hours. 
  • Out of hours support is provided via the NorMAN Helpline.​

Please note: 

  •  If you email the IS Service Desk out of hours, you will receive a response from the NorMAN email address rather than the IS Service Desk.
  • Whilst the out of hours support staff will be able to resolve the majority of queries there will be some occasions when your call will be logged and dealt with during core service hours, in this case you will be given a NorMAN call reference number.
