When I try to set my password I receive the error that my account is still being created

When I try to set my password I receive the error that my account is still being created, what do I do? 

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s new students

​If you have just received the first email, then please wait 48 hours and try again. It is likely that your account is still being created.

If it has been 48 hours since you received the email please contact the IS Service Desk.
