I am trying to access Edinburgh Napier resources using Firefox but am getting an error, what do I do?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff & students

​Mozilla have recently released some updates for Firefox resulting in the following error for some Edinburgh Napier University electronic resources:   

  • “An error occurred. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key"

We recommend you use Internet Explorer which is fully supported by Information Services.
