Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s new students

Visiting students are modular billed which means that the amount you pay depends on the number of modules you study:

If you are a visiting student who is an EU national, you will have a Home/EU fee status, and  you will be asked to pay £305/ undergraduate module.  If you will be studying full time you will be taking three modules per trimester (30 ECTS altogether)  the amount you should pay should be £915.00 per trimester.

Modular billed students can arrange payment of their tuition fee as part of the online matriculation task or can meet with colleagues from the University’s Finance Office shortly after your arrival to set up a payment plan and arrange for the payment of your fee.

For more information on the fees you should pay and how you do it, please visit the Finance Page.

For questions about the payment of your Fees you can contact the Finance team on fees@napier.ac.uk or call+44 (0)  0131 455 6120.

If you are a visiting student who is a non-EU national but studying at a European partner institution, the fee you pay per module will be higher and you will also be requested to meet with colleagues from the University’s Finance team to set up a payment plan during your first few days with us.

If you are a visiting students who is a non-EU national and studying at a non-European partner institution, please do not worry about this section.  You, or your Study Abroad Provider, will be invoiced separately for the fee owed.
