What is Immigration Health Surcharge?

New regulations introduced by the Home Office mean that from 6th April 2015, most people applying for a UK visa will be charged a compulsory additional fee to allow them access to UK Healthcare.

The Immigration Health Surcharge has been introduced to help fund the NHS, and will give migrants the same access to the NHS as UK citizens.
