What is a student card?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

Your Student card provides you with photographic proof of your identity as a current, matriculated student at Edinburgh Napier University. The card shows your unique matriculation number, your photo and the end date of your course. You will receive your student card when you begin your studies with us.

Instructions will be provided in the welcome communication you receive from us about a month before the start date of your course. As part of the matriculation process, you will be able to upload a photograph of yourself and your student card will be made and posted  out to you at your term time address once you are a current fully matriculated student with us.

Photographic guidelines are provided here: What are the requirements for a student card photograph?
