I have lost my student card/someone has stolen my student card – how can I get a replacement card?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

There is a £10 charge for replacing student cards, whether lost or stolen. This can be paid online. Once your payment has been made you will receive a email confirming your payment and advising you that your card will be printed and sent out to your term time address. It is very important that you ensure your term time address is updated before you pay for a replacement card to ensure that you card goes out to the right address.

Your replacement card should be with you within 5 working days.
