How do I get an update on my UniDesk call?
Aimed at: Edinburgh Napier’s staff
You can check and track progress of your UniDesk call via the Self Service interface:
- If you have an email which includes the UniDesk reference number, click on the link to track progress of your call.
Alternatively:
- Go to: https://napier.unidesk.ac.uk
- Click Use Self Service Desk – you will need to log on if accessing off campus.
- You will see a list of your latest calls at the top right in the Last Logged Calls section – click on the relevant call to view an update.
