  1. Go to the Unidesk self-service page, scroll down to Forms and complete and submit a Library - Lost/Damaged Item form.
  2. A Lost Item Bill will be generated and emailed to you.
  3. You can either pay the replacement cost quoted in the Lost Item Bill at any campus library or over the phone (0131 455 3500) or you can hand in a replacement copy (can be used as long as it's in good condition) at any library service desk.
  4. In addition, there will be a £10 Process Fee to pay.
