What do I do if I have damaged a library book?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier's staff and students

  1. Go to the Unidesk self-service page, scroll down to Forms and complete and submit a Library - Lost/Damaged Item form.
  2. If the book is too damaged to return to library stock, a Lost Item Bill will be generated and emailed to you.
  3. You can either pay the replacement cost quoted in the Lost Item Bill at any campus library or over the phone (0131 455 3500) or you can hand in a replacement (it can be a used copy in good condition) to any library service desk.
  4. In addition, there will be a £10 Process Fee to pay.
