How do I book a Group Study Room?

Aimed at: Edinburgh Napier’s students

Craiglockhart and Sighthill LRC

Online booking is currently available for Group Study Rooms at Craiglockhart Library and Sighthill LRC.

Merchiston Library 

Group study rooms can be booked in person at campus library desks, over the phone or using the Group Study Room Advance booking form in Unidesk Self Service.

The booking form can be found in Unidesk Self Service:

  • Choose Forms on the left hand side
  • Select 'Group Study room Advance booking form'
  • Add details and submit form

How do I collect the key?

Go to the Library & IT Desk with your student ID card to collect the group study room key. Your student ID card will be taken as a deposit for the key.

What happens if I cannot collect the key on time?

If the key is not collected within 10 minutes of the booking start time the room may be reallocated.
