How do I get content added to the Digital Signage screens on campus?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

To get content added to the University's Digital Signage screens you need to:

• Create the content which needs to be in the following format:
  • It must have a ratio of 16:9
  • Images and photos must be in the one of the following formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP
  • Video files must be in the following format: WMV and MP4
• You should then select which channel you would like to target.
• Contact the appropriate channel manager.

You must allow at least 7 working days for your request to be actioned.
