How do I cancel a Group Study Room online booking?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

This article explains how to cancel a Group Study Room online booking.

Please note: you can only cancel a booking from your own calendar if you made the original booking.  If someone else made the booking then you should decline the calendar invite and it will not appear in your calendar

To cancel a booking:

  • Go to i.napier.ac.uk > Email > Calendar
  • Right click the meeting you wish to cancel
  • Select Cancel Meeting
  • Select "Send Cancellation"

The meeting will be cancelled and removed from your calendar.
