How do I confirm my Group Study Room online appointment?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

This article explains how to confirm your Group Study Room online appointment.

To confirm your booking:

  • There will be a tablet outside the Group Study Room detailing the status of the room, when you arrive at the room click on the Confirm button:

        

If meeting starts before ‘Confirm’ has been pressed, the status turns to red and the Confirm button remains visible and flashing for a further 10 minutes:

        

Please note: If you fail to confirm the meeting it will be automatically cancelled from the calendar and the status will revert back to available enabling others to book the room.
