How do I request books/journal articles from another library?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff & students

If Edinburgh Napier University doesn't have what you are looking for, you have a number of different options.

Check if the item is available in another Edinburgh library you have access to (e.g. Edinburgh University or the National Library) using:

  •  Library Hub Discover.  This allows you to search the catalogues of UK university, national and specialist libraries through a single interface.

Otherwise, make an inter-library loan request. This allows you to request to borrow items from other libraries, or to have scanned copies of journal articles sent to your email.
