Can I use Library materials in a course pack for my students?

Yes, as long as you make sure all the items comply with copyright law. See Copyright issues for Classes.

If you are requesting items for a new or changed module, your reading list is an integral part of the planning process. This is your chance to let us know of any developments that may have budgetary implications for the library, and your safeguard that your module should be adequately resourced.

We would recommend contacting your Information Services Advisor/Subject Librarian at an early stage in the planning process to discuss requirements. Your list should include anything you will require for the module, e.g. Books/ebooks, CDs, DVDs, journals, database subscriptions, digitised chapters or articles.

Staff: Go to Copyright issues for classes.
