What is an iPoint?

Aimed at:  everyone

 

iPoints are a front desk facility that provide you with access to a wide range of services and support.

Trained staff are available from 8.45am until 5pm every weekday to help guide you throughout your time at Edinburgh Napier University.

We can provide official letters for you, help you with Council Tax and ID cards and provide general advice on most University procedures.

We also act as a hub to direct you wherever you need to go whether you are a student, staff member or visitor.

You will find the iPoints at the primary entrances to our main campus buildings where you see this sign:
