What is a Programme Administrator?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s students

A Programme Administrator is the member of staff who supports the Academics on a particular course of study.

You will often be introduced to them during week one inductions as part of your programme team. If you are not aware of who your Programme Administrator is, you can find out at the iPoint or ask your PDT or Programme Leader.

Your Programme Administrator is your first point of contact for any course specific queries. They can answer most questions or direct you to the correct member of staff or department.

Your Programme Administrator can produce Transcripts and custom letters for you, in addition to answering questions about most University procedures.
