Why does the output record in the Research Repository have a "First Compliant Deposit Date Deadline?

 

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

 

This is the date the output record created in the Research Repository needs to be completed to meet HEFCE policy for REF compliance. The system automatically calculates this date using a combination of the earliest publication date plus 3 months. As of 1st April 2018 the date will be calculated from the date of acceptance plus 3 months.
