What's the difference between Skype for Business and Lync?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

Skype for Business was formerly known as Lync. 

They're essentially the same service, however the mobile service is sometimes still referred to as Lync.

Skype for Business is now available for all Edinburgh Napier staff members - further information is available on the staff intranet.
