My student has said that standards of care in their clinical area are unacceptable, how do they get support and guidance?

Tell the student that they are right to bring this to your attention.
Ask if they’re able to write a statement so that we can act on this. Ask if they’re aware of the support that is in place for them in this difficult situation?
