My student has said they’re struggling with University life, what can they do?

Reassure student that it’s not unusual for students to experience thoughts, and feelings that can be stressful or uncomfortable.

Reading about other people’s experiences and feelings can sometimes help them understand your own.

As well as books, the University’s Shelf Help website includes links to helpful apps, videos, and much more. They may find these resources to be of assistance.
