Advise them that ENSA have an emergency support facility, email them on:  ensa.advice@napier.ac.uk

Ask if they’ve applied for the loan – they can contact SASS to check progress: https://www.saas.gov.uk/_forms/sas4.pdf

There is also a Discretionary Fund available.
