How do I send my O2 message notifications to another number?

You can get your Voicemail notifications sent to an alternative number (ring back only).

To set this up, contact O2 customer services. Once this is done initially you can cancel and reinstate the service yourself through the Voicemail main menu (dialling 901 and keying *).

Please note; Calls to an alternate number are charged at the rate for a call dependant on its destination; i.e. mobile to mobile, mobile to landline, O2 to O2, cross network.
