Should I use Webex directly or from my Moodle course?

Webex sessions can be scheduled by hosts, and joined by attendees, from the Webex site directly: https://edinburghnapier.webex.com. This is the best option if the attendees are other University staff or external colleagues, and both access the session from an email link.

Scheduling a session from a Moodle course is more appropriate when the session is aimed at students because the link is available within the Moodle course, and an attendance register is automatically generated. A non-Moodle user can access a session if you generate a guest link when scheduling the meeting.
