How do I photocopy?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

You can photocopy using the University's Multi-Function Devices (MFDs):

  • Log in to the MFD by scanning your staff card using the card scanner.  If you don't have your card you can log in to the MFD using your University login ID and password.
  • Position the document that you would like to copy
  • Press the Copy button:

  • Select the relevant options and number of copies required
  • Click on the Start button
