I am unable to print, what do I do?

1. In the first instance you should contact the Information Services Help Desk at one of these locations -
- Merchiston: JKCC or the Library Help Desk
- Craiglockhart: Library Help Desk
- Sighthill: LRC2
2. Alternatively contact the central IS Service Desk
