Can I scan to email?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

Yes, you can email the scanned document to yourself and additional recipients can be added.

 1.  Scan your staff card or log in to the MFD using your University login ID and password.

2.  Press the E-mail button.


3.  Click on New Recipient to add more email addresses.

4.  Click on the green Start button.

5.  Remember to log out when finished.
