What is UniDesk?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff 

UniDesk is Information Services’ Service Management System which is used to record and manage all staff and student support enquires and requests.

It was launched in June 2016 to replace the previous system RMS which has now been retired.

You can log in to UniDesk to log a call for Information Services or track progress of an existing call.

• Click on Use Self Service Desk – you will need to log on if accessing off campus.
