How can I update my UniDesk call?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

To update your call:

  • Go to: https://napier.unidesk.ac.uk
  • Click Use Self Service Desk – you will need to log on if accessing off campus.
  • You will see a list of your latest calls at the top right in the Last Logged Calls section – click on the relevant call.
  • Use the Edit icon to add further information:

  • Use the Upload icon to upload an attachment:

You can also provide us with additional information by emailing ISServiceDesk@napier.ac.uk and including the UniDesk reference number in the title of your email.  

Your email will automatically be imported into the call and the Information Services operator who is dealing with the call will receive notification.
