What is my UniDesk number?
Aimed at: Edinburgh Napier’s staff
When you log a call for Information Services you will receive a UniDesk reference number which you can use to track progress of your call.
The format of this number is I[YYMMDD-XXXX].
You should always include this number in the subject line of emails when responding to calls, this is to ensure that the information can be automatically imported into the system.
