How do I set my audio preferences in Webex?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

Prior to setting up a Webex meeting you should check your settings to ensure audio is enabled.
Note: Do not use a remote connection such as the Virtual Desktop Service when using Webex as this disconnects the software on the remote computer from the microphone/camera and the local computer.

To check and update your audio settings:

• Sign in to Webex - find out more about getting started with Webex
• From the menu on the left click Preferences:

• Click on the Audio Tab
• From the Audio connection type drop down menu click Webex Audio

• Click Save.
