How do I get a new SharePoint site setup?

To get a new site set up contact the Site Owner of the Site in which you would like your new Site created, this would usually be your departmental Site Owner or Governance Focal Point. If you require a completely new site that does not fall within a department site that already exists, please raise a ticket in Unidesk (ext. 3000).

Once the Site has been set up you will be expected to add your own site members and assign them the relevant permissions.  You should also put together a set of guidelines/best practices for how to use the Site.
