How do I get a generic email account created?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

To get a new generic account created, send the following information to ISServiceDesk@napier.ac.uk : 

  • Proposed name of generic account
  • The owner of mailbox
  • Login IDs of those to get access to mailbox and what permissions they should have e.g. editor, publishing editor and so forth.
