How do I get a generic email account created?
Aimed at: Edinburgh Napier’s staff
To get a new generic account created, send the following information to ISServiceDesk@napier.ac.uk :
- Proposed name of generic account
- The owner of mailbox
- Login IDs of those to get access to mailbox and what permissions they should have e.g. editor, publishing editor and so forth.
