How do I check versioning in SharePoint (Office 365)?

This article applies to Office 365 - SharePoint.  For further information please visit the Staff Workplace to the Cloud Project page

Versioning is automatically switched on.  To view the version history: 

  • Hover your mouse over the file and click on the 3 "Show actions" dots to the right of the file. 
  • From here you can select a previous version of the file.
