Are there any rules and regulations when using a generic email account?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

Yes, you must follow the Information Security Policy when access any of Edinburgh Napier University’s accounts.

The Information Security Policy can be found in Information Services section of the staff intranet.
