Do I have to sign up for Multi-Factor Authentication?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff 

It is not currently mandatory for Staff or Students to sign up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). 

It is only required for staff members wishing to access the University's Office 365 service from outside of the University network - it is not currently available for students.
