When am I likely to be challenged with Multi-Factor Authentication?

When am I likely to be challenged with Multi-Factor Authentication?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff & students

Once activated for MFA you will be challenged whenever you access Office 365 (including your email and calendar) from outside of the University Network.

MFA will then learn where you access from and on what device so that you will have to perform MFA less often.
