When am I likely to be challenged with Multi-Factor Authentication?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

Once you have signed up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) you will be challenged whenever you access Office 365 (including your email and calendar) from outside of the University Network.

MFA will then learn where you access from and on what device so that you will have to perform MFA less often.

Find out more about MFA.
