I've lost my phone, how do I change my MFA settings? 

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff 

If you are using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and have lost your phone then you should contact the IS Service Desk to request for your MFA to be reset.  

This will allow registration of a new device.
