How do I change my Multi-Factor Authentication method or device?

Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

If you have signed up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) you can change your MFA method or device by visiting https://aka.ms/mfasetup

If you have a new mobile device and don't have access to your old device then you should contact the IS Service Desk to request for your MFA to be reset.  This will enable you to set up MFA on your new device.

Full setup instructions can be found on the MFA intranet page.
