Aimed at:  Edinburgh Napier’s staff

If you have full access permission to a shared mailbox you can use Outlook Web App (OWA) to open that mailbox.  If you don't have permission you will need to request this - find out how.

  • Sign in to your Office 365 account and click Outlook - find out how to log in.
  • On the Outlook Web App navigation bar, click your image on the top right. A list appears:

  • Click Open another mailbox.
  • Start typing the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, select the mailbox and click  and then click Open.

  • Another Outlook Web App session opens in a separate window, allowing access to the other mailbox.
